Cancellation Policy

right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Luxevéria, Email: support@luxeveria.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email).

You may use the sample withdrawal form attached below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.

For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.

You will receive the return address after contacting us via email at support@luxeveria.com.

The return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
These costs may vary depending on the product and the quantity ordered, and are generally between AUD $30–$60.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

  • Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene,
    if the seal has been removed after delivery.
