We strive to provide efficient shipping options to our customers worldwide. For major markets, we utilize the following shipping carriers:

  • United Kingdom and Ireland — Evri, Royal Mail, DHL

For geographic regions not specifically mentioned above, we primarily ship via DHL. Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number and carrier information as soon as it becomes available. Please note that this list may not include all available carriers.

Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping is A$7.99.

Express Shipping is A$15.98.

Free Shipping is available on orders with a minimum value of A$62.00.

Delivery Timeframes

Primary Markets (7–15 business days): Standard delivery is available to the United States (Continental), Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland, South Africa, Israel, Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Sweden, Cyprus, Malta, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Puerto Rico, Austria, Croatia, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, France, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Iceland, Liechtenstein, South Korea, Japan, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Mexico, Malaysia, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Poland, Romania, and Hungary.

 

Extended US Territories (15–25 business days): Hawaii and Alaska. Please note: due to geographical location and shipping logistics, deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska require additional transit time.

 

Caribbean Islands (20–30+ business days): Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Turks and Caicos Islands, Montserrat, Anguilla, Bahamas, Jamaica, Barbados, Trinidad and Tobago, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, and American Samoa.

 

Remote Territories (20–30+ business days): Falkland Islands, Gibraltar, and Saint Helena. Delivery times may vary significantly due to location and shipping infrastructure.

Important Delivery Information

For Primary Markets (including Channel Islands and Puerto Rico): Reliable shipping infrastructure ensures consistent delivery times, with multiple carrier options, full tracking coverage throughout transit, and express shipping options available in many cases.

 

For Caribbean and Remote Territories: Delivery times are estimates and may extend beyond 30 business days. Shipping carrier options are limited, and there is potential for weather-related delays, especially during hurricane season (June–November). Customs processing may cause additional delays, and tracking information may be limited during international transit.

 

For Hawaii and Alaska: Additional processing time is required for inter-state shipping, and weather conditions may affect delivery schedules.

Average Delivery Times

Most orders arrive in around 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery within the USA, UK, and Canada is typically faster than average in many areas, while remote or rural areas may take longer due to limited carrier routes and handoffs. International deliveries can also vary depending on local courier networks and, where applicable, customs clearance.

 

While we always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, delivery times may vary by destination and carrier conditions.

Important Shipping Information

The delivery times provided are estimates and may vary depending on your location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day, and Priority Shipping includes expedited processing and shipment insurance for added peace of mind.

 

Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM CET. Shipping Time: 7–15 business days (Monday–Friday). We aim to dispatch all orders from our warehouse within 24 hours, but please allow up to 2 business days (Monday–Friday) during peak periods.

For deliveries outside of the EU, additional customs duties or import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are determined by the local customs authorities.
